The late Ali Jack was a great performance and breeding stallion that has made his name as a profound arena horse and broodmare sire. Bred by noted South Dakota horseman-breeder Stanley Johnston, his prepotent bloodlines are a motherlode of some of the most influential competition and breeding horses in tHE performance horse industry.
Ali was the #1 mount for RCA World Champion Calf Roper Junior Garrison in the 1980s. An incredible, durable athlete and roper who handled the rigors of rodeo competition and travel, he competed as a barrel horse too. According to those who rode him. "…there's no telling how much money Ali won in his career…it'd be hundreds of thousands of dollars…he mounted three or four cowboys every time he unloaded from the trailer."
The influence of Stanley Johnston's renowned program as a source of dominant rodeo horses has transcended generations. He was the breeder of AQHA/PRCA Steer Wrestling Horse of the Year Super San Wood and Sun FRost, sire of AQHA/PRCA Barrel Horse of the Year French Flash Hawk "Bozo". Ali Jack is backed by the stallions that built the phenomenal Johnston gene bank…Doc's Jack Frost on an Orphan Drift mare, a full blood sister to the famed Wilywood.
Ali progeny are strong, intelligent, competitive, all-around rodeo event and ranch horses. A sire of role model, productive broodmares, his influence as a real performance horse sire will continue to impact generations of Quarter Horses.
A PRO-RODEO ROPER…A PREPOTENT BREEDING SIRE!
